Founded by Kira Koroknai, the studio operates as an author-led practice where each project is guided by strong creative direction and a collaborative working model. With over a decade of experience across cultural and commercial sectors, the studio builds distinctive visual languages that balance strategic clarity with artistic sensitivity.

Projects are developed through close dialogue with clients and specialist collaborators, allowing for flexible and deeply considered outcomes across identity systems, printed matter and product-focused communication. Selected clients include cultural venues, architectural practices, wineries, lifestyle brands and independent producers across Europe and beyond. The studio’s work has been featured in international design publications and platforms such as The Brand Identity, Creative Boom, Étapes, Eye on AIGA, The Dieline, FontsinUse and Design&Paper.

Working Together

Overview
We work through a structured and collaborative design process. Each project is guided by clearly defined scope, timelines and communication frameworks agreed at the outset. These terms support focused creative outcomes and a transparent working relationship.
Scope of Services
We specialise in brand identity systems, packaging design, editorial design and art direction. Depending on the project, the studio may also collaborate with specialist partners across photography, CGI, copywriting, strategy or production.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate content, materials and approvals in a timely manner. Consolidated feedback should be delivered through an agreed communication channel. Delays in feedback, missing materials or fragmented responses may result in timeline extensions or additional project costs. Clients are responsible for securing licences for fonts, imagery or other third-party assets unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms
Fees for each project are specified in the proposal or agreement and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are structured in staged instalments — typically 50% payable upfront to secure scheduling and project commencement, and the remaining 50% due prior to final delivery.

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in suspension of work, adjusted timelines, or additional administrative fees. Due to the bespoke nature of design services, completed or in-progress work is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation or pause initiated by the client, the studio reserves the right to invoice for all work undertaken up to that point. Requests for accelerated timelines, significant scope changes or additional revision phases may require revised fees and delivery schedules.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for the agreed deliverables within the defined application and context. Kirako Studio retains authorship rights and may present the work in its portfolio, press features or presentations unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing. Any third-party materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Project Timelines & Delays
Estimated timelines are based on project scope and studio availability at the time of scheduling. Delays caused by late feedback, additional revisions or external production factors may impact delivery dates. Requests for expedited work may incur additional fees depending on studio capacity.
Feedback & Revision Process
Projects include defined stages for review and refinement aligned with key development phases. A feedback round is considered a single, consolidated response covering all comments on the presented deliverables. Additional revision rounds or significant changes to the approved creative direction may require revised scope, fees or timelines.
Out-of-Scope Work
Any requests beyond the agreed deliverables will be assessed and quoted separately. We reserve the right to decline additional work that falls outside project objectives or studio availability.
Confidentiality
We treat all shared project information, business materials and creative development as confidential. This mutual responsibility applies throughout and beyond the duration of the collaboration.
Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration with written notice. All work completed and time committed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
